We had a tight schedule back then, but as typical Singaporean ‘ai pi ai qi’, we got them to install the windows and grilles, and a separate ID to renovate our new house. In the end, we found out that the problem was actually due to cracks on the external wall, which was fixed by the town council. Since then, no problem with the workmanship.
